As the Director of Operations and COO, Rosetta thrives on understanding every aspect of WOMA to keep operations efficient and ensure resources are managed effectively. She is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards while continually seeking innovative ways to streamline our processes. Rosetta leads our team with passion, focusing on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
With a background in human resources, operational management, and communications, Rosetta brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is a certified member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and holds OSHA, HIPAA, and BLS certifications. Dedicated to personal and professional growth, Rosetta frequently participates in online courses and continuing education to stay at the forefront of her field.
Rosetta takes pride in fostering a positive and enriching environment for her team, helping them grow their skill sets and thrive in their work. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, with a shared mission to serve our patients with excellence.
Outside of work, Rosetta is a devoted mom to her four-year-old, who is busy with dance and swim classes. She’s also an avid book lover and enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.
